It seems to install just fine, I follow the directions down to a T for the most part. However, when I try to bring up the index.php or admin.php portion I get:

settings.php: line[132]
Could not connect to database "wowroster"
MySQL said:
1044: Access denied for user 'billybob'@'localhost' to database 'wowroster'

billybob being the end all be all username/password combination, if I use the username I created wroster with full access to the wowroster database it won't install, period.

Keep in mind I'm not a big fan of our webhost so if you believe there is something I need to change there, I can see if I can request the powers that be to make some changes.

One thing I noticed is even after the install none of the database structure existed.

I would double check those names one more time
Some web hosts like to prepend your username to a database name
So 'wowroster' becomes 'billybob_wowroster'
