There have been quite a few fixes in this version so here is the Change Log for you to study

Here are some highlights

• Version 0.7.6 will upgrade v0.7.5
  It is suggested that you clear all your addons after upgrading
  This is because the auto "Full Path" scanner has been implemented
  javaUniUploader and phpUniUploader require this new setting to function properly
  
  
• settings.ini scanner will not scan certain values (IE: account name)
  
  
• WoWAce addons should download properly now without the no toc error
  
  
• All remote addons (wowace) will now be stored locally
  This is so UA admins can control what addon version UU users download
  
  
• UA now only accepts and scans certain file types for addons
  lua,toc,txt,tga,blp,ttf,xml,wav,mp3,nopatch
  UniAdmin will notify you if a file was skipped
  If there are other, NON-executable file extensions, let us know!
  
  
• addon_zip folder scanning
  UniAdmin now scans this folder and presents you with addon zips that have not been scanned into the database
  Use this feature to ftp larger addon zips to UniAdmin
  
  
• New logo image types are allowed
  jpg,jpeg,png,ico,gif

Could you please add .bak files to your scan? I don't know why, MLDKP uses these for CT RaidTracker (I know these are supposed to be backup files). As it stands, this is the only version of Raid Tracker I know of that is still kept updated for use with EQDKP.

when uploading Outfitter i get the following errors

How can we update the addons? Something automatic? Previously with 0.7.5, the addons were from wowace directly (so alwats updated).

some addons cause light error messages. when trying to upload GuildEventManager i get a debug message

Allowed extensions are comma separated, I would add bak in there as well

That error probably comes from UA trying to delete the temp file and it isn't there

I plan on adding an "update" button next to wowace addons in a future version
But for now, find them on the wowace module and download them again

Things I have found wrong with this version when trying to install. GZIP dont work, if it is turned on it will not come up at all. I have other programs that use GZIP and they work great!

Massive errors on the allowed files, Have to keep making changes to the file to allow diffrent files that are in the zip's

Debug at the bottom keeps saying that files do not exist after uploading a file.

Dunno what's up with this without any additional information
Maybe check the web server's error log with this enabled

Just saying there are errors won't help

Errors:

Script timeouts *constantly* even when page returns instantly

(the error box at the top of UA window is throwing this error on damn near every page when editing or uploading addons/details)

Wowace module is 100% completely and utterly broken by the farce that is the "allowed filetypes" system and your failure to test with so much as 1 addon using ace2 libs (in actual point of fact the problem lies in the parsing of directory/filenames but you know that)

Allowed filesystem needs major revamp as follows:

1) it needs to be allowed to be turned off completely

2) it needs be a black NOT a whitelist.. there are far more legitimate file types than "bad" file types

3) the parser needs to be rewritten to not look at the first sequence of ".XXX" and instead look at the last period in the string + the complete extension following that period.

THe poster above you mentioned file errors.. basically your whitelist is very limited and this should be ideally reversed into a blacklist.. or at least come ready made to accept ALL image formats that wow supports.. there is more to addons than .lua and .toc


But the biggest issue is that this was released without UU 2.63.. which is required to make it work properly...

Where can we get the old version 0.7.5 becuase I am going to have to switch back till the problems are fixed.. its almost totaly usuable for me. And I dont feel like going through and adding paths to all my zip files. but 0.7.5 worked well.

I'll work on these errors this weekend for 0.7.7

Yah man, its pretty bad.. theres the whole "almost svn" part of wowace.com/files as well as the 3,000,000 libs that are used/not used etc short of downloading the entire wowace.com/files and trying to upload all of them.. it couldnt be checked but ... yah atm the wowace bit is still largely useless (which is fine i prefer to NOT use much directly from wowace in that manner at least until the item in question gets to gold level, at which point I package it and post it as a normal addon)

But I think it does a disservice to Uniadmin to include such functionality while it is in such a glitchy/buggy state! It will scare off some of the folks who can *barely* deploy the item as it is.. much less troubleshoot why doing things doesn't work as expected (kinda like why the roster's svn is not public for downloading.. its a support nightmare in the making!)

I have the same error with my GroupCalendar addon Images... But I'm not sure to understand the solution
