Yes you'll have to increase the maximum execution time in your php.ini by default most installs will use:
max_execution_time = 30 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds

THIS IS A TEST FILE! DO NOT BLAME ME IF IT KILLS YOUR SERVER, TRASHES YOUR DATABASE OR GOD FORBID ANYTHING ELSE!

That being said anyone that can test this please do!

It works somewhat on my end... On duplicates it's updating the column uploads to uploads+1... But I have found some it does not catch and inserts a new row...

FYI: The changes in this script requires you to have "Safe Mode" off... if you can't do this or have no clue what that is... change the max_execution_time = 240 Yes I know this is a lot but on my end a 1.5mb file seems to take about 45s-1m... If you can't do either don't waste your time downloading and testing :rabbit2:

Anyway, if you see a better way to do this let me know...
