background not working

I have the sig backgrounds set up to change according to guild ranking. All of them are working except for one rank

I've double checked the rank name a thousand times and its totally correct. Translate search name is off as well. I tried different backgrounds for the rank and they didn't show up either.

Are you sure this is your current settings?
Because the background settings are not changed

I would change the background detection to use guild_rank instead of guild_title

Then you can use the numeric representation of that guild rank instead of matching the name

Just wanted to add a lesson I learned:

If you do set it to guild_rank, make sure your Default Background Image is set to what you want the Guild Master's background to be. Otherwise their background will be missing. SigGen will see the Guild Master's rank of 0 as an empty value.

Okay the number ranks has seemed to fix it!

I downloaded the image pack with the class images, but im unsure of how to get them to show up on users signatures acording to their class.

Go to the Backgrounds section and set Colored frames image name to --None--.
