check if Roster details is updated? Possible?

Is it possible to make a module that checks if a user have uploaded their information to Roster or not? Maybe give a warning of some kind in a menu?

and maybe give a warning too, if it is to long time ago last time they did?

But I was just thinking that the user would see this in top in their menus when they logged in, like: "you havent updated your profile in Roster" or "It has been more than 14 days since u have updated".. something like that

that'd be nice, like in the login module along with msg's etc.
