Character Compare addon

Oki dokie.

Some one else want to test drive this in their roster? (English only (mostly) for now.) If some one finds that it works ok in their install, I'll load this puppy up into the Downloads proper.

I admit I went a little above and beyond just comparing two characters... you can also compare your character to Guild Bank contents and Made By recipes.
