I asked myself tonight, who will I have to ask IG to upload his roster...

and i had the idea : Why not an addon that would show that people, with some selection : N days old roster, is not an ALT, has upload at least one time its roster... etc

What do you think about it ?

not an addon but might be easily converted into one
wrote this script for the same reasons you mentioned

removed all custom (stuff only relevant for my site) and put up some instructions
