You didn't change the login variables... I changed the "ulogin" and "user_password" on mine in UniUploader to some keyboard smashing and tried to upload and got the same error.

Im sure I checked that before tho...

Works fine for my site with secure password.

Only updates my main and none of my alts though. Is this a feature or bug? I understand the whole guild update, but when I use the update page it updates all of my toons.

as far as im aware of secure pass auth does not work due to DF md5 hashes the password when it is posted in the form along with UU secure auth feature md5 hashing the password as well. You shouldn't have any troubles updating the toons though. Let me know how this works for you with secure pass auth turned off.

Turned off secure password and all toons updated fine.

Silly question... How is this easier than http://www.myhost.tld/index.php?name=Wo ... ile=update

This will auto upload toon data when you login and out of wow so you do not have to manually update everyday. Plus when used with UniAdmin you can make sure all your guildies guild required addons are upto date.

I have read through all the info and modified my settings accordingly. I am getting....

The characters that you tried to include in your file request are forbidden...

I was getting the cookies message. I resolved that by verifying my settings 4 times. I found an additional space after ulogin.

Has anyone else seen this message ?

For anyone having the forbiden 403 error still

remove from the cms_security table the last entry about flooding attempt. i didn't have the uplaod delay on and got banned from flooding attempt and got the forbidden message after. After some head banging i figured the ban thing

I have successfully been able to update the character profile and the guild roster using UniUploader on both a fresh install of WoWRosterDF and one already in use.
I have 2 update.php files one is the original update.php and then the other I renamed to test1.php and then modified the code using dreamweaverMX.

On line 38 I changed

To increase security I suggest changing test1.php and test1 in line 38 of the code to something not so simple. Like updateadmin####.php and updateadmin#### where the #### is some random number.

And on Line 169 I added

Which made the code look like

After modifying the code and uploading it to my server I changed my settings in UniUploaders so that instead of uploading to:
