First you should have check on the forum this problem is already corrected in 1.7.2.
So i will advise you to update to 1.7.3 and to ask to your guildies to update them information

Donc je disais que ce probleme a déja été corrigé pour la version 1.7.2 et que c'est assez bien referencé dans le fofo. Maintenant je te conseille de mettre à jours ton roster pour passer à la 1.7.3 et de demander aux membres de ta guilde de mettre à jours leurs informations
