NOT Updating Guild list for The Doomguard
Data is from GuildProfiler v
The version of GuildProfiler used to capture data for this guild is older than the minimum version allowed for upload.
Please ensure you are running at least v2.0.0

I'm using 2.0.5 which is the newest version of guild profiler.
I have downloaded and installed the hotfix

Symptoms include.
-unable to see guild title
-alts not properly represented in totals

Has anyone else seen this issue, or is this a known issue?

fixed it.

It seems the download of guildprofiler hosted on wowroster, is corrupt, or not completely up to date.

I deleted it, reinstalled from rpgo-outfitter, removed the saved variables. and logged in, and exported all the info.

re uploaded to the site, and everything was fixed!

The version we had is 2.0.4, the newest as of this post is 2.0.5

I have updated the addon

I've had this same issue for a couple of weeks now. I've tried every solution I can find on this forum.

Today alone I:
1 - Installed a fresh full version of 1.7.3 to a newly created database
2 - downloaded the cp and gp mod from rpgoutfitter and here (tried both ways)
3 - completely wiped my WTF directory and tried another CP / GP export

None of this is working, I still get the same error (exactly as in the OP).

I don't have any odd characters in any guild member name or in my guild name itself. I'm simply trying to load the guild roster for the very first time and nothing seems to work.

Any info I can provide to help troubleshoot this?

When I try and upload the file "CharacterProfiler.lua" (using the password in the bottom field) I get the error of:

Parsing files

* Parsed CharacterProfiler in 0.02 seconds

You need to load your guild first and make sure you finished configuration

I've read the installation instructions, and have performed several searches on these forums (and google). I can't seem to get passed the inital load.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Seems for some reason that it doesn't like the version of GP you are using. Make sure that in the roster config, the GuildProfiler version requirement is less than, or equal to your current version.

The "Min CP Version" and "Min GP Version" fields are set to "2.0.0" in the config. The mods I'm using are the latest versions as of yesterday (2.0.5), I tried both the versions listed here and the ones off of rpgoutfitter.

Anything else I can try?

I read the forums rules and am trying to keep this in a 'like' thread. Should I post this question in a separate thread? I'm just concerned that perhaps some of the developers are seeing the additional posts in this thread as comments pertaining to the original poster.

If you are getting this error, post your CP.lua file so we can look at it

Does it matter which character the CP.lua is from? (does the character need to 'have rank' in the guild?) I'm assuming that guild rank has nothing to do with the load, but I hate assuming things.

Yep, still waiting for someone who's gona post its entire roster_item database (mine is a wopping 22 000 liner ).

Have to say that posts like this really f*cks up the forum page layout.

I cleaned up my posts (sorry for the confusion) and attached the files.

GuildProfiler.lua only hold settings for GuildProfiler, not the data
CharacterProfiler.lua hold it's data

The guild block in CP.lua contains no data, this is why it isn't working
Log into wow and test GP by typing

I fyou get the standard Type /html for help blahblah, then GP isn't installed correctly

If you get something else, open the guild panel and hit the save button, then log out
