DF Guild Application w/ Recruitment Block

Try this.

First, back up your database!

Look in your database to see if cms_recruitment and cms_recruit_data exist. if either exists please drop those tables.

Then look in cms_modules and see if Recruitment_Settings exists, delete it if it does.

Then delete both the Application and Recruitment_Settings files and re upload the latest version..

Install. =)

Latest version is 2.1 still?

yes it is 2.1 which version did you download by the way i would recommend either razzac's from the bottom of page 13 or annextants from a few posts before that one. I think there may have been a few problems with the first release of 2.1

hmm, i didnt have any problems with the 2.1 version...

but i recommend to wait for the next version, Razac would post it until tuesday, so it could not take so much time until the new version is available.

Just for continutity sake: There was no cms_recruitment in the db. There was the recruiment settings in cms_module. I removed that, deleted the module folders I had for the Application and the settings. Downloaded the 2.1 version you suggested, copying over ONLY the application module folder.. tried install...

still getting:

Out of range value adjusted for column 'post_id' at row 1

So, guess I have to wait for the new version.

what version of sql you running? also is your databse set to utf8_general_ci

sorry for the delay.

I should have it up today. Been sick the last few days. Not to mention playing WoW.

I will double check the Installer. but im sure all values are set right.

UTF-8 Unicode (utf8) (so, yes, utf8_general_ci)

MySQL client version: 4.1.7
Server version: 5.0.24-community-nt

Okie sorry .. uploaded it yesterday but saw a problem so I pulled it off.

Here is version 2.2

I would recomend you remove the old DB entries (unistall) and all files related to this and replace with the new files and install it all again.

Please let me know if you catch any problems I will look into them

huhu razac, i have problems with translating the status settings:

if i translate "High", "medium", "low", "close", "open" the Boxes are empty..
i let them in english. Rest of the Modul seems to work.

Sigh Oversight on my part... I have missed the Blocks file.. I have uploaded a new file. use the last link it was just replaced..

I have yet to make the Language wokrk on this so its english only for now.. I will work on that fast and uplaod just that file to update.

sigh been a long week.
