I have changed some translation because characters with accent didn't appeared in the roster.

localization.txt- French translation modified for accents. Rename the .txt in .php and replace in the MadeBy File

I change the file format in UTF8-DOS for correct ALL accent (DE,FR,ES)
the original file was a mixed bastard format.

Can I get some verification that this file is better then the original? I am close to releasing MadeBy 1.7.3 Beta and would like to use this file if it is "better".

The text is the same as the original.
The problem with original is the encoding of the character:
DE -> UTF8-DOS
FR -> DOS
ES -> DOS
Bad Copy/Paste ?
All text in my file is of UTF8-DOS for a correct show without any tags for special character.
Tested on a french Roster
