Does Codename - R2 also support Public Rosters?

Some time in the past you told us that the r2 release will have Public Roster possibilities.. is this until now correct?

also is there somewhere a potential changelog for R2?

R2 is a rewrite, so it probably won't have a changelog comparing to 1x. It will indeed have public roster capabilities.

Cool!!! (hopefully Muli Server capabilities so that everybody can upload data with no restrictions to server and guild (maybe optional?))

It has not been exactly outlined yet. It looks like it will be possible to support multiguild (plus guildless), multiserver, and even across multiple wow regions (so EU and US in the same roster). No promises.
