First of all, SigGen is an addon, this problem should have been reported here
Roster > 3rd-party AddOns and Mods > SigGen

Next, make sure you have Roster 1.7.2
SigGen 0.2.0 and higher does not work with anything lower

If you upgraded Roster from an earlier version, make sure you overwrote all the files
