I can't update the Roster due to the following error :

Code: Select all

Cannot update Character Data
1054: Unknown column 'honorpoints' in 'field list'

I use CP 2.0.5b and Roster 1.72.
I have also updated the WoW 2.0.3 fixes for wowdb.php and luaparser.php.

I've already had this problem with CP 2.0.4.

Anyone can help me, please ?

Hi,

I have the same eror.
I had the previous Beta version of the roster and it worked fine.
Today I updated it to the Release version 1.7.2, all went well.
But I have the same error in the index page.

Database Error
1054: Unknown column 'honorpoints' in 'field list'
SQL:
SELECT `name`, `honorpoints` FROM `roster_players` ORDER BY `honorpoints` DESC LIMIT 0 , 1
File: hslist.php
Line: 138

I also updated the luaparser.php and the wowdb.php files.
When I run a diag check it lists those files as a critical error...

Any ideas?

PS: I'm a noob when it comes to these things, so an answer in layman language would be apreciated

The errors in the /lib files

wowdb.php 374 < 469 2006/05/24 21:50 < 2007/01/01 22:51 zanix MD5 String does NOT match
luaparser.php 333 < 464 2006/05/24 09:43 < 2007/01/01 09:53 zanix != pleegwat MD5 String does NOT match

You CANNOT upgrade a beta release to the full version
You must do a clean install

Sorry, I forgot to mention I deleted the old files.
I did how ever retained my old config.php file and pasted that back in.
Guess there lies the problem.
Anything I can/have to change in there to get it sorted?

I sorta fixed it by disabling by setting the Honor System Stats to Off.
So the page loads fine now ;-)

Yes, start over and do a clean install

Or the harder method
Open install/db/upgrade_071.sql and make sure the changes in the file are reflected in your database
