Weapon Skills Issue

Does anyone know what to change to fix the Weapon Skills?

I have had a few 61+ people upload to the roster, but their weapon skill points stay at 300/300 or 305 if human.

The skill points are increasing +5 per level, so the new max should be 350, or 355 for Swords/Maces for Humans.
