We use Public Note, Mains have their Real Name as Note, and our Alts have '* Maincharname'.

So how I get this to work? I`ve tried this:

/* ([\w]+)/i

But this doesn't do anything...

* has a special meaning in regex, so you need to escape it with a \:

/\* ([\w]+)/i
