Hi i'm at then end of my teather please please please please help.

i just wanted a cool site for our new guild. i am a noob to all this addon stuff here. I down loaded the latest versions of ur apps
Roster, CharProfiler, GuildProfiler, PvpLog, the Unloader and the Phpnuke integration. As i have a i am using a phpnuke portal. Hoping i may be able to set this stuff up for our guild.

I have had the biggest arse ache ever and my head really pounds/hurts and completely stressed out and gave up i haven't played for 4 days now and lost 5 lvl because of this. Sry i'm a 24/7 addict. I been at this for days with no luck thats why i have to beg for ur help please please.

I cheaked the db and re-installed several times and the same thing happens everytime???? it just wont have it???

i had even less luck with the integrated version which i really wanted. I tried that first the install.php just kept bring up and error on line 543?? and would insstall anything at all.

i unpacked the addons in to addon dir and logged in etc done the /cp - /gp scanned it all came up ok etc. tried the otherway all so pressed C and the save button on the top to export also. but nothing still it all work but doesn't work together i get no data or anything i tred source the profiles from the WTF dir and no luck please pleasse help i lost and don't understand. and yes i read the Wiki and Post here.

There is nothing that i could find that addresses this issue with a resolve!

please help i just want our guild to be cool and organised so our member can make the most of participating in a guild environment and enjoy there gaming more. I tried everything i could but i am a noob to this stuff.

also having problems with uniadmin?? error on constanst.php line 72?-about 89??? wont run either

Am i completely missundestanding the installs i have done stuff like this before but never wanted something to work so bad and had so so much trouble with a stright forward setup and install. i tried just about everything u got and can't get any of it to work for the life of me over the last 3 days and 16 hours today wtf am i doing wrong because i think i tried evrything i know and read like nuts but nothing here to help maybe i just need to really give up. the phpnuke version wont work for me the new Roster wont source my guild info or char info??? the uniadmin bringup errors ??/

But unloader did install but thats about it ??? god only knows what its doing
the addon profilers work in game??? as in i can / cp and have data come up but thats it it does seem to do anything with it when i save/export or /gp either, It recognises i have a guild etc but thats it same with cprofiler i tried both the pvp one show kills when made also.

Is there anybody on this or any other plantet that cane work this stuff and help please for the love of god. when i say i been at it i mean it i have not left my chair except to pee and drrink more tea.

Ok, take a deep breath and relax

First, make sure you have the patch for Roster
WoW patch 2.0.3 screwed alot of stuff up

Next, after you get that patch, make sure you are providing the Roster Admin password when you upload CharacterProfiler.lua

If it does not work, paste the contents of the upload log here

Many thanks for ur rapid reply i went out for a few hour+ came back and u had responed with a reply ty.

Done what u asked downloaded the .lua file and renamed/replaced my old ones.

logged into Wow, done the /Cp and /Gp commands and my info came up and done /cp exort and gp export also Pressed C and saved and O and saved etc..

Went to Roster web page to update!
I Point it to my WTF/xx/ etc dir to get the CharacterProfiler.lua and Pvplog.lua and enter the Admin Pass in the box and pressed update.

it just wont accept the guild info??, I am using the right password entering it while i try to get the .ula file from the WTF/XXX/Etc folder??

i Logged to the game and ran the /CP and /GP commands again i purged before incase it would help, All my char and guild data came up as i suppose it should then I force export for CP and GP and logged out to try the update ?? no luck i also used the pressing "O" and "C" option to save same effect.

i cheaked in the addons in game and they are loading? i just don't know what next now i had a real good read up on both and have no idea how to resolve this issue?? by myself not much experiance in these matter but can follow instruction and have alittle common sence not much hehehe.

I have no admin folder in my roster dir as it suggests in the install.txt to copy and the characterprofiler.ula data too?? roster\admin\config.php
is this also normal, the roster-172_full-package.

Don't know what to do next i installed and updated so many times ? abit lost for words really any idea to what i could have possible done wrong i do see many others with out any problem at all ???

The bit above mentioning my Guild i guess means the data is sourced to the file from the game atleast confiming that the profilers??? are working correctly and exporting game data for sourcing.

I went into myphpadmin to cheak out what was there, the data and structure etc.

The guild_roster table obviously has no data present????
Its not been populated by the update???

The roster_config data is there and looks correct etc.

Do you think it may have something to do with sever right? all my file are chmod 655 folders 755 with the exception of the conf.php file. Or the fact that Roster doen't live in the public_html folder or maybe that its db tables are installed within my nuke db??? should it have it's very own db?

Hi guys right i am complete noob and known fk all, but fixed mine like this if it helps??? thought i'd better post incase it helps someone else.

In my data base table roster_config i edited the verisons it was looking for.

I already had been in game and used the cp and gp commands "O" / "C" and saved exported etc and exited the game. wasn't a complely fresh install just about though wasn't working before this. I was trying to use the uniloader for updating, which i used to start the game etc.

I deleted the guildprofiler2.0.5 addon figured its wasn't working anyway for me for the minute i get back to it later.
Then deleted CharacterProfiler.lua and GuildPofiler.lua and there sister files from the WTF/XXXX/XXXX/ folder. So i suppose i had nothing there etc Pvplog.lua which i didn't touch.

next i'm sure after i deleted the files etc i still had mu uniloader window up and pressed update don't know it that updated the file in the WTF/XXX/XXX folder but when i surfed to the wow config page and used the update there was a different CharaterProfiler.lua file in my Dir and a Guild one??.

I ran the update using CharacterProfiler.lua and PvPlog.lua form the WTF/XXX/XXX dir and Entered a password and pressed update and it came up with a new error saying my guildprofiler? charaterprofiler where out of date so cahnged these in the Data base. I used Myphpadmin
to edit the data in the roster_config table

minCPver form 2.0.0 - 2.0.4(i tried putting 2.0.5b but version error again but 2.0.4 worked)

minGPver 2.0.0 (i changed this but no effect was not installed at the time and i heard that tha data is sourced from the CharacterProfiler so figure remove it so changing the version here at this point it may not have mattered for me, but if i re install the addon it might???

Wasn't displaying all the data so logged in /cp export.
went to the update page too update the .lua file etc came up with a version error for char profiler so went back to the data base put it back the same to 2.0.0 and it worked better and sourced more date no update error for now?? not tested anything and don't know how to use the software properply yet.

Hope this helps more.... abit werid why this is happeneing but it's holding for now atleast.

Worked first time everything. and uniadmin which i had a issue with this time istalled db to phpnuke data base.

Fking excellent works great got a memeber to install the 2 addons to there wow interface/addons dir like they supposed to and update using the update profile option, using the file from there WTF/Account/user/XXX not the backs that are there??. fantastic no erros at all BINGO.

So easy to use for guild member the would have to be low cast monkey to fk updating there profiles online.
