Installation Issues

Ive browsed throughout the sites forums and havent seen anything like the error im getting... now when i setup the files i extracted them to www.WoWCG.org/roster everything went ok so then i go into that directory in my internet browser click on install and heres what i get

Could not include /home/wowcg/public_html/roster/install/template.php - check to make sure that the file exists!

any clue as to what i can do to solve this issue?

Make sure all the files are uploaded to your web server
Check to see if you have an install directory

thanks a million the install folder was missing and now im all setup btw beautiful roster kudos to all those who developed it
