Mouseover Tooltips gone

I know we are having issues with 2.0.3, but does anyone know why my mouseover tooltips are suddenly missing? I deleted the /css/js files and reinstalled them and still no tooltips. Any ideas what might have gone wrong or what I can do to fix it?

Patch 2.0.3 is part of the problem

I installed the updates to the lua parser and did a clean install of the roster, but still have no tooltips when I mouse over a piece of armor on the characters screen nor when I roll over a player note. Any idea on what I might do to correct this?

I have exactly the same problem. No mouseover tooltips on any of my roster pages after a new install of 1.7.2 including the updated 'wowdb.php' and 'luaparser.php'.

You have removed the roster footer. This breaches the license, meaning we can't give you support till you fix the problem. Put back the credits mention from the roster footer.

That's also what's breaking your tooltips by the way. They're defined by a bit of code in the footer.

I was getting this with the older versions of the roster.

It seems to be a combination of the character profiler add-on not collecting the information on the item and roster not wanting to accept the changes.

After a complete fresh install of 1.7.2 Roster and all CP versions after 2.0.3, the issue has not re-appeared.

All users are also using Uni Uploader to keep their profiles fresh.

Having the same problem. My tooltip has gone a litle more each days. And now, I have no more tooltip.

I cannot figure out why the tooltip is affect by such an ersosion. Perhaps cache or misleading variable declaration.

Ok, I get into the code, and since and cannot really understand the use of:

Code: Select all: overlib_'.$num_of_tips

(in makeOverlib function)

I recode a bit this very part using one substr and the $tooltips array. I guess this would not slow enought the page generation to be visible.
