My dirty hack version with some features...

WARNING: THIS CODE IS FOR EXAMPLE/INSPIRATION
WHO NOT EXPERIENCED WITH PHP/SQL DO NOT TRY USE HIM
IS NEED MODIFY SQL TABLES TO ADD FEW COLUMS - SEE TO CODE
I GIVE CODE HERE AS IS WITH NO WARRANCY AND WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT

Not all modificiation is clean (as string replacement in get_toc_val - im not familiar with regex), but work for me...

Here is my modified version.
With:
- view more information
- more .toc file analyze to use more values as Name, TOC, Version, HomePage, Note, etc...
- some detection right .toc file if is more .toc in archive
- use revision from SVN (wowace.com)
- some clean text for garbage as 'cffffffff', .$Revision:, etc...
