SQL Errors on Upload Since WOW 2.03 Patch

Having upload issues as well
Using Roster 1.72, CP 2.04 and GP 2.04
I've tried purge all, deleting the data lua files, rescanning everything.
Tried manual update via site and also UniUploader.

Results:
Missing ranks, missing bank and bag inventory, some quests are not showing up, some characters are not updating at all. (The first error seems related to the talent refund except that the character in question isn't level 10 to respec.)

Errors:
Cannot update Character Data
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'talent_points' at row 1
Cannot update Character Data
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'item_quantity' at row 1
Item [E] could not be inserted
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'quest_index' at row 1
Cannot update Character Data
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'quest_index' at row 1
Quest [Y] could not be inserted
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'count' at row 1
Buff [A] could not be inserted

I will give the parser fix a try, crossing fingers.

EDIT:
Ok I tried the parser file fix, and it resolved some of the glaring issues. However still unable to upload profiles for 3 characters below lvl 10 (bank toons) whose data are not uploading at all.

I have been trying to figure out what is going on as I can no longer cp export from in game. I have tried both 3 and 4 versions of CProfiler. I have also posted this over on RPG Outfitter. And am posting it here for those that may have missed it and to addm ore info to the pot.

I have roster 1.72, CP 2.04 GP 2.04.

When I update my toons I get the following errors.

Got same problem as blackwolf, my case its the guildbank that wont be updated so thats double buggar. Applied the hotfixes and that fixed most of it. Still stucked with one error:

Cannot update Character Data
1264: Out of range value adjusted for column 'talent_points' at row 1

The character is lvl 6, so it doesnt even have talent points yet. Dunno if thats somehow related to the problem.

I'm getting the same error about 'roster_talents' as Brastfield above.
I'm not sure which of my characters it's from though.
Is it anything to really worry about at the moment?

Also getting

when i try to upload my .lua file for character < lvl 10

I have searched all over the forums and can't find a fix.
Has anyone found a fix for this yet? and yes, i have the latest character profiler (2.0.5b) and have applied the latest parser and wowdb hotfix php files.

*********UPDATE*********

After searching some more in the forums, I found a fix that got rid of my upload issue. I will post it here so it may also help others in the future:

Open
lib/wowdb.php

Find

$this->add_value( 'talent_points', $data['TalentPoints'] );

Replace with

if( !empty($data['TalentPoints']) )
$this->add_value( 'talent_points', $data['TalentPoints'] );
