Starting with SigGen v0.2.0, it is easier to pick and package Character Image Packs

This area is for the other images in SigGen, such as Frames, Level Bubble, PvP Icons, and Class Icons
Frames and Level Bubble are not really Image Packs, but you can just throw images in the frames/ or level/ folders and SigGen config will see them
