Realmstatus always shows our Realm as offline

Hi all

Firstly, apologies if this is the wrong forum -- got a bit confused by so many to choose from!

In both Roster 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 the realm server status indicator shows our site, the EU English site Shadowsong is offline when it is online.

What page does it check to find this out? And which file is the URL for this page stored so I can change it to one that works?

I've tried to do a bit of investigation but so far have come up blank.

Please can someone give me some idea of how to fix this.

Yup. And on that page all realms have been appearing as down since, I think, the 2.0 patch

OK thanks. Guess I'll try and edit this realm server status thingy out of the header.

It sometimes hangs when displaying it, for upwards of a minute.

Just turn it off in Roster Config, in the menu settings

Unfortunately the European Realm Status page is still down. All Servers are being shown as off-line.

As the Realmstatus Graphic in Roster pull its information from this Page, it will continue to show Off-Line.

Best bet for everyone at the moment is to turn the Graphic off, and keep an eye on wow-europes Realm Status.

Just to let everyone running European Rosters know...

That Blizzard have finally got their act together and Fixed, I said Fixed, the European Realmstatus page. :mrgreen:

European rosters should now be able to look at the Graphic and Say yeah, I said Yeah, my server is up.

I have the REVERSE issue. lol
I noticed today when our main page guild page had trouble loading a realmstatus script, it was taking a very long time. So I took a look at the one in in the roster.. it SEEMED to be fine, said the realm was up and loaded quickly.
So I go and look at the WoW community page and check realm statuses... ALL DOWN, but my wowroster says UP, and my my main page script stalls on loading... me thinks WoW has been up to something is the latest version.

Well whatever it was it seems to have fixed it's self.
Roster is now showing correct (server down), as is my script on the main page.
Blizz Wizzes must have been up to something lol
