More than one guild in rooster?

At first - sorry for my bad english ^^

So, i have a Raid Ally and in this ally are ca. 5 Guilds!

I will install guildrooster with our ally-name and will open it for everyone in our ally - is it possible to allow everyone that he can upload the data und is not blocked from the system?

I have experience with PHP and MySQL, i can mod the data when i know where.

There has been a project called public roster that allowed this for 1.6, but I haven't heard of it since 1.7 was released and the old 1.6 files were lost with the site crash.
