Zanix so you are saying that there should be a patch for 1.7.1 that will let us continue to use our current roster and not have attemt to use the beta 1.7.2? I'm just trying to see if I understand correctly.

Now remember, there will only be a patch if one of the devs or I have time to create one

Note that this patch will only fix uploading of CP and GP to a Roster 1.7.1 install

for a quick fix wouldn't be an idea to convert the charachterprofiler.lua to the old format?

i want to do that but unfortuantely i dont have a new one :/ because of reinstall of wow

with the new patch and the way data is stored the old lua's should be discarded and the new ones used i would think it be pointless at this point to use the old ones as every thing now will be with the new one...

so you're saying there wont be a patch for the current version? i'll have to upgrade? and redo all of my php edits

I'm really hoping for a patch! I don't really want to go through the steps of using the new 7.1.2 beta version at this time. And I hate to think of being without our roster for a few months until the new version is out.

However I belive that zanix and the rest will have something soon. Zanix stated it would be when they had some time. He said not to hold our breath so im just keeping my fingers crossed.
