Trying to find a recent download

There was a mod or addon posted on the main page a few days ago that was some kind of recruitment application form. I'm trying to find that and give it a try. Was that an actual working appliation, or just an idea from someone?

yup..that's the one.. but i guess that's more of a specific web application made by the poster? I downloaded the test file he has available there, but i guess we have to insert the graphics to the code somehow? That's way out of my league. Cool idea though, be sweet to have that integrated into roster somehow.

Actually if there was a way to just integrate a phpbb forum into roster as an addon, i would be set (all in one info center)

I'll leave it to you code junkies to figure that stuff out.
