Missing Bank bags..

Hi, im using CharachterProfiler 1.6.3 to try and scan the contents of my bank chars. And when i upload the data to WoWRoster i can only see the items that are in the "normal" 24slot bank bag, not the items in the additional bags ive purchased.

I think it might be a problem with me running EngBags which replaces the bank frame or something. But i would really like to be able to use both EngBags + CharachterProfiler, so is there anything i can do?

I believe this is a known error
