can someone say buggy?

Dont know what to do... it has to do with removing comments from a SQL data file... whatever that means. Someone help.

Hey guys, i probably mest up somewhere but i think i'm havign the same problem... i've uploaded everythign onto the site... then when i went to the install.php to install the program, it says the site meets requirements, i push on, enter all the user info etc... that step 2 asks for... once i click install it sends me to "Could not obtain SQL structure/data"
i must've mest up somewhere along the lines i can't really think what else to try... help please
