I have a noob question about upload permissions.

Can anyone tell me how I can make it so anyone can upload their profile with out the admin password? I want to open this up to the guild but I cant until I get this resoulved.

That's the default. Only the guild manager requires a password. Anyone else can upload a profile provided that his character is in the guild. (This does represent a vector for abuse, though.)
