In my roster the same tradeskills are no longer merged as they were in 1.7.0

is this intended, is it a bug or is it because of pre cp1.6.3-data and cp1.6.3-data??

It wasn't intentionally intended
The SQL for this page was re-written for performance reasons for v1.7.1
Maybe this change, changed how this page works
