is there a way to manually specify which chars are banks like a field in the database i can just change on those chars?... cause there isn't a universal search string i can use to bring them all up... not all the names have something unique in common and they just use an alt rank. Any suggestions would be helpful.

There is no other way to designate guildbank characters

You could set their officer or player note to something common, or append it with "bank" or something like that
