Can't add Addons and Logos

Hi guys,

Thats really a great interface upgrade for your UniAdmin! Grats!

I got 2 bugs tho:

1. Cant update my logos
2. Cant add any addons

For those 2 bugs, I was able to do that in the earlier version.

Any clue?

EDIT: I got 1 record in the table "uniadmin_svlist" which correspond to the addon im trying to upload (CharacterProfiler).

Well I cant atm, cause I emptied my PhP log so I can see what's the real errors when I push the addon update button but nothing seems to be written in the log when I do either an addon upload or Logo... Stange.

I'll keep checking the logs. (I've edited to post I've made to say something about the records in the mysql table...)

I'll try to make the web sites admin to change the rights cause im not sure I got the right ones.

But lets say I cant change it, is there a way to manually place those addons + logos on there? Like what are the steps and where to put the files + data in the DB?

But why it isnt loging that theres some security error in my PhP log?

Ok I was missing the Writing permissions. Now the addons and logos are uploading but not showing in UniAdmin. So that means it isnt in the DB...

my webhost didn't enable chmodding (although permissions were good as the files were). I commented out the "return" in the error check of the addons module and it went fine from there.

Got that hint by activating debug in conf.php.

I hope this can help...

Is there no way to upload all of it manually? And inserting myself the rows in the mysql tables to it shows correctly in UniAdmin?

each file needs its md5 hash calculated, you could manually do all of this but it would be excrutiatingly tedious.

Whats the use of the table uniadmin_svlist? Cause it has "CharacterProfiler" in it... Can the record be destroyed? Cause it may been caused by the bad upload of the addon...

svlist is separate from the addon uploading

Ahhh damn got it

Even if the folder is in the right chmod, when I upload stuff in that directory, the new file isnt in the good chmod

I'll see how that can be changed

Ok, I have a damn big problem

My web admin dude is telling me that on our server, they can't do dynamic chmod

Damn it. This means that even if the folder has the right chmod, the files in it can't have the same rights

Is there any way to change that? Or anything I can do to make it work? Cause lots of my guild members sucks at techno and making them changer their addons is pain in the a*&?/(.
