1062: Duplicate entry '439-bags-Bank Bag1' for key 1

This is the error I get every time now when I manually update my guild profile. Whether it is related, I am not longer showing members who leave the guild, only those who are added. Normally at the end of the guild profile update, I will get all members leaving showing in red but now nothing. Is the error above related?

Ok, I resolved the 1062: Duplicate entry by ...

DELETE FROM `roster_items` WHERE `member_id` = 439; but it never showed a couple of guildies who left being removed from the roster so they still show in the roster even though they have left the guild.
