I havne't been able to get this to work at all and I can't figure out why.

It could be SELINUX....try it with selinux disabled:

to re-enable selinux

If it works with SELINUX disabled, use the following

Code: Select all
chcon -t httpd_unconfined_script_exec_t MY_STATUS_SCRIP


The above allowed apache toe xecute the ventrilo status script for me.

Hi, i have been trying for a week to get my ventrilo status on my Nuke 8.1 forum using blocks.. Could you tell me how to set the directory program in 777 is it CHMOD?? or any tips as to why im getting CVentriloStatus->Request() failed. PHP: Unable to connect to a Ventrilo Status server. S1=Connection timed out S2=Connection timed out S3=Connection timed out
