Hello ...

I am using our guild website to upload my personal characters data and that of our guild's data using my characterprofiler.lua file.

The link I use for our guild's site is http://adventofsm.com/roster/admin/update.php.

I have deleted my characterprofiler.lua file and had the the addon recreate a new one for me. I have used Notepad to browse the file to ensure that the data that is being saved is accurate. However, when I use the link above to update our site's database, the log comes back with the following messages:

Ushas @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Devi @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Sweetpea @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Adventbankb @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Adventbanka @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Msprisypants @ Shadowmoon Ignored
Advent @ Shadowmoon Ignored

My realm is Shadow Moon and these are all of my characters. I am entering the path of my characterprofiler.lua file in the first field and entering the guild password in the "Roster Update Password" field and clicking on the "Roster Update Password" upload button.

For some reason, my personal character data and that of the guild is not getting updated. It used to be updated fine until Blizzard Tech told me to delete my addons folder and let WoW recreate it. I then reinstalled all my addons and now it no longer uploads the data.

In the header of our page, it shows:

Advent @ Shadow Moon (PvP)
Last updated: Sep 8th Fri, 8:37am (PST)

So it appears that the data in our database is about a week old.

Can anyone help?

"Shadowmoon" does not equall "Shadow Moon"
Try setting realmname to both of these

Thanks zanix, I changed the realm name from "Shadow Moon" to "Shadowmoon" and it worked!

I guess during our server upgrade/retrofit, perhaps the name "Shadow Moon" was changed to "Shadowmoon"? Not sure there.

However, now that the realm is called Shadowmoon, the realm Server Status icon is a red ? with the message "No Status Source".

Your instructions said to try setting the realmname to both "Shadowmoon" and "Shadow Moon" if I understood correctly.

Where would I go about entering both? I changed the name in the roster config option "Guild Config" on the Config Menu. The only place I see is a field called Server Name.

Is there a place to enter more than one realm name?

Well, you can't enter two reamnames

But you can fix realmstatus by entering a value for "Alternate Server Name" in roster config
