backgrounds not showing

first i love your siggen even though it is not showing the background

but i would really love it if it did so here i am asking for help

as you can see there is no back ground plus the alpha channel doesn't seem to work

what version of gd do i need to have

Wow, I have never seen this before...

I'm at a loss on what to do here
Maybe your version of GD has a problem with .png images
