is it possible to use WoWRoster for enGB servers

Yes, in roster/localization/ copy enUS.php to enGB.php
Then choose enGB for locale in Roster Config
There might be differences in some of the wordings, I'm not sure
Just run roster with the new file and if you notice any weirdness in the words, let us know, provide a link to your site as well

I use the enUS version and I've never noticed any weirdness...
