What is Dragonfly CMS? Dragonfly CMS is a powerful, feature-rich, Open Source content management system which was based on PHP-Nuke 6.5 in the "CPG-Nuke CMS" days. We have spent over a year developing Dragonfly CMS, paying close attention to security and reliability. The release of Dragonfly marks yet another exciting milestone in our history. What programming language does Dragonfly use? Our software is written in PHP—the fastest programming language spreading the net today, combined with your choice of either MySQL or PostgreSQL (experimental). What does my server require? The preferred setup is to have: - PHP 4.3 or higher. - MySQL 4.0.x in versions up to 9.0.6.1 (not 5.x) - MySQL 4.1+ and 5.x, PostgreSQL 7.4+ and 8.x are supported from current version 9.1.x - Apache 1.3 or higher (other httpd clients are also supported like IIS5/6, Raiden, etc.) - GD 2, ImageMagick, netPBM or any other image manipulation software
