Will this work with Java version of Uniuploader?

I can answer for Manamana:
jUniUploader doesn't have any "Additional URL's" section and "Website ==> WoW" section, so you can't set up the url and the retrieved .lua for the shopping add-on.

I've tryied forcing these setting via UniAdmin (RETRDATAURL and WEBWOWSVFILE), without success:
juniupload log says:
# Unimplemented sync setting: RETRDATAURL (= http://site.com/roster/addon.php?roster ... e=shopping)

I guess the problem can be solved by jUniUploader coder.
