[SOLVED] correspondences for the categories on french

Hello, I have a problem on guildbank with the accents. I do not manage to make the correspondences for the categories. Ex: (Poussière de rêve) Even with (Poussi%C3%A8re+de+r%C3%AAve)
An idea?

oki I have to find it been enough to encoder with the function utf8_encode () in the file of localization ^^

I almost finished the French translation I puts it on the site as soon as it is finished

This is the file that I'm using in this context. I won't sayt that it's perfect but it gives most of the time good results.

I have probleme with ver 1.7.1 and client cp 1.6.3
some items in bank , are not show on the addon(sorry for my bad english)
