I just loaded a clean install and followed all instructions from the Wiki. When I load my guild/character I get no errors and the import appears to finish, but when I click on my memberlist or guild info, I'm told there's no guild data. The followinf PHP errors are listed:

One odd thing is that when you click on either guild info or memberlist, in addition to the errors, it's trying to load pictures straight out of the /roster/ folder (that of course don't exist).

Have I screwed up some setting? Thanks in advance for the help!

You need to select a default guild in the upload rules page

But this is indeed a bug in the error display
