After uploading svn[1286] files i got this php error:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'self' in roster2/lib/template_enc.php on line 60

same here

edit lib/template_enc.php

search for all "self::" remplace by "RosterTplEncode::"

now works

Make the fixes yourself, it's not that hard

Using a text editor (other than notepad) open lib/template_enc.php and change every self:: to RosterTplEncode::

It's ok helm , it's better to know the fix rather than just have someone do it for you.

Sorry there isn't a new build up, I fell behind on the nightly build again because I had some nasty spyware get on my computer somehow.

After 6 hours of scanning and cleaning from a boot CD, it appears to be gone.

Why not changing your post and say something like "Had to change the RAID config - it was running hot" (they always do anyway..)

You must be a good admin, no doubt about it, but please note that the best ones never talk about 'sp#@/_^## stuff' in their systems.... Makes the forum members very nervous

Don't forget that all platforms are not runing php5. Most have updated, but some can't update due to developement with php4.

It got in there by accident. The author in question didn't know it was php5-only, and we all develop on php5.

I had home system using PHP4 or PHP5 by simply using a switch in .htacess.
The easy of install is amazing.
PHP5 is faster, more secure and will be supported.
PHP4 will fall out of support anyway very soon.

What could be the reason that some hosters stick with PHP4 - they threw out that guy (admin ?) that maintained their system ?

Looks like V2 came out a couple of month to soon
