Over the weekend, the web host I use has imposed an allow_url_fopen=false on all their servers, and now I get the following error message, when I click Roster Diag to get the latest SVN files:
fopen_url is NOT Supported by your Web Server.
Please press the button to process the File Verion Check remotely.

They tell me this is for security reasons, and that cURL is a better solution.

Any comments, as I liked the auto-update check while it lasted

The remote check works the same way, except our server is querying your roster install for it's versions
Try clicking on it

I'll see about getting curl to work on rosterdiag as well

When I click the button, I get a new page with:

File Versions: SVN @ ROSTER_SVNREMOTE

When I click the button, it then takes me to a blank page at http://www.wowroster.net/roster_beta/ROSTER_SVNREMOTE without downloading anything.

Can I get a link to your rosterdiag page, I don't have file access to my server from work.
